   For example, try eating an orange without
thinking about the concept of it. Just sense
every feeling, taste and smell. We allow thinking
to block our senses. Focus on getting back in
touch with them.

justify or judge.
 
Learn to express yourself directly,
to ask for what you want, to accept
yourself and others for what they are.

True awareness includes negative experiences
as well as pleasurable ones, and if we use our
