The found art show series i once was lost… celebrates the beauty that can be found in sheer randomness, circumstance, and speculation. Simple activities such as walking down the street, shopping at thrift stores and flea markets, and picking through the trash can yield many diamonds in the rough.

i once was lost…II is bigger and better! Come check out some strange letters and quirky photos that Brian Palmer and Presley Martin have pulled from their respective overstuffed file folders. Angela Walters and Erik Groff will be adorning the Rickshaw with their various collections of found objects, photos and flyers. Jennifer Hattam will be displaying her lovely photographs of forlorn appliances on street corners. And Leanne Maxwell has a few new photo sets to show, including ones titled, "Polka Dot Girl Comes to San Francisco" and the "Gay Threesome."

The Ebb & Flow
Bay Area trio whose sound unites prog-rock, synth-pop, kraut-rock, soul, jazz, and post-rock. The offspring of Neil Young, Wendy Carlos, Can, and Sun Ra. "Like Blonde Redhead, Stereolab and Steely Dan synchronized by sonar." -- Denver Westword

Aim Low Kid
Brought together by a desire to add their own unique flavor to the SF scene, Aim Low Kid's music is a reflection of an eclectic sensibility and a combined lifetime of bittersweet experience. Jangly guitar sounds juxtaposed against the backdrop of a classic violin lead makes Aim Low Kid's brand of pop influenced mood rock stand alone.

Leyna Noel
23-year-old SF artist Leyna Noel sings you songs by which to light your lantern -- often solo -- on the piano, guitar, or cello. "Leyna Noel sounds straight out of '92, the kind of intense, rough-edged- but-lovely singer-songwriter who would be flitting around the edges of the Olympia, WA, scene." -- Time Out NY
