As always, The United States Three played some really catchy pop to top off the show. The footage is pretty wobbly because I was dancing (oh ok, and I had had about 10 whiskey and sodas by then).I posted a video of them (with a couple of different players) from last year as well.

The Gizmos were a hugely popular punk/new wave band in the late ’70s who reunited to play for the Musical Family Tree Fest last November. You can tell from this footage that they’re still wildly loved.

These guys sure look like they have fun together with their spunky country/Americanafied rock. The members have been in all sorts of bands in the last two decades. Split Lip, Chamberlain, Old Pike, et cetera.

I love the music that Jorma Whittaker and Joe Shackelford write together. Super catchy lyrics and guitar hooks. Jorma is also in Marmoset and Joe’s in Octaveblue.
